This forms the core of the overall employer branding communication strategy. From this we develop the communication and creative concept as well as the internal and external action plan.

Cornelia studied management, marketing and psychology in England and Germany. She brings over 10 years of professional experience in the areas of employer branding, employer value proposition, talent management and career planning. She was responsible for employer branding in the European market at a renowned international consulting company. She is also trained as a coach, certified by the German Coaching Association e.v.

Strategic Positioning and Consultant for Workplace Culture:
Tom studied organizational psychology, management as well as psychopathology and earned his doctorate on the topic of strategic positioning of organizations based on their workplace culture. He leads national and international projects and supports organizations in their credibility as an employer through their workplace culture.


Marcel Benz

Marketing and Communication Strategy, Project Management:
The certified communications manager acted as consultant in various international communications agencies. He then worked for more than 15 years in international corporations. Before the founding of KLAR, he was brand and communications manager at SWISS.


Peter Trüb
Klar für Marken

Communication and creative concept, creative management:
25 years of experience in communications agencies. In various creative roles, for the past 15 years as Creative Director. He was a founding member of The House Agency and KLAR für Marken.
