KLAR für Marken is, in close cooperation with the client and Great Place to Work®, responsible for the content and formal communication of the employer value proposition. Cornelia studied management, marketing and psychology in England and Germany. She brings over 10 years of professional experience in the areas of employer branding, employer value proposition, talent management and career planning. She was responsible for employer branding in the European market at a renowned international consulting company. She is also trained as a coach, certified by the German Coaching Association e.v.

Strategic Positioning and Consultant for Workplace Culture:
Tom studied organizational psychology, management as well as psychopathology and earned his doctorate on the topic of strategic positioning of organizations based on their workplace culture. He leads national and international projects and supports organizations in their credibility as an employer through their workplace culture.
